MEET THE TEAM

Braydon Holtzinger and Wyatt Deters are passionate about the people they serve finding meaningful employment. They believe whole-heartedly that it is one of the greatest paths to a life of purpose, self-determination, and connection. Combined, they have 12 years of experience managing programs for adults with developmental disabilities. They spent three years prior to launching Blue Heron developing an employment training program together with NBRC that has had incredible success. Braydon and Wyatt are thrilled about all that lies ahead for Blue Heron Programs.
